I have a cell in workbook A. I want the information to transfer to a
cell and update to workbook B, when the values in A change. How can I
accomplish this?

Default Cells

Enter an equal (=) sign in the cell in workbook B,
Then navigate to workbook A, and click in the cell that contains the data,
Then hit <Enter.

Now, click in the workbook B cell, and look at the formula in the formula
bar.
Using this syntax, you can duplicate the formula anywhere you wish.

Of course, you could continue doing it the same way you did the first
one!<g
