Default Passing Excel Info To Visio

I have a real brain stresser and I was wondering if this is possible.

1: Capture the information that was changed within a specific worksheet
named (EmpInfo) it has "FName, LName, Address, Phone
1a: This could be more than likely multiple changes (i.e. Sue got
married and her LName, Address and Phone number changed)
1b: Open a specific Visio Document called (EmpTreeMap.vsd)
1c: Prompt for Saving Info

2: Receive the Information from Excel
2a: Find the block that belongs to Sue
2b: Update the LName, Address and Phone
3c: Prompt for Saving Info

Is this even possible??

Thank You Sooo Much In Advance!!!
Rob
