Default Disable the automatic reviewing toolbar in Excel

I finally got fed up with the reviewing toolbar popping up whenever I
open documents mailed to me and so have created the tiniest of Excel
add-ins to disable it. I've posted this here as I have seen others
searching for a solution to this.

It works in Excel 2003 SP2, I haven't checked any other versions (and
wont be).

Simply go to Tools - Add-Ins - Browse, install the XLA in the ZIP
file, and enable it.

It will kill the reviewing toolbar if it's present whenever a workbook
is opened or created.

You can download the add-in from:
http://barnyweb.googlepages.com/Disa...ng_Toolbar.zip

NOTE: This is an Excel Add-In meaning that it contains VBA code which
will (once the Add-In is enabled) be run with Excel automatically. I
haven't put anything in there which should cause any harm but there's
no warranty, and you may want to look at the macro (by opening the XLA
file in Excel in the normal way and selecting "Disable Macros") before
installing the add-in, to satisfy yourself that it's safe.

Regards,
Barnaby
