Default trying to create merge

I am working on a spreadsheet that contains contact information, event
planning, & status of replies.

I am not sure which program to store info and/or how to link all data so any
changes I make (including additions and/or deletions) will also be reflected.

Default trying to create merge

So, you want to show the data from your Excel file in another program?
In thatcase, you can link an Excel sheet or range to, say, Access. Any
changes you make in one will reflect in the other...
