Default compare Excel files

Thanks for any help.
Is there any built-in utilities or functions to compare Excel tabs/pages or
whole files?
Something quicker than doing a bunch of =EXACT or subtracting differences or
something like that?
Thanks again.

I use Jim Cone's fine commercial Add-in called XL Companion. It does a
bang-up job, and has saved my bacon on several occasions. It's available at
