Default Excel 2007 Pivot Table

In earlier versions of Excel, if you right clicked on a pivot table you
could invoke the pivot table wizard, hit the "back" button and modify
(expand or contract) the range that the pivot table was based on (if
you did not have the foresight to use a dynamic range to begin with)

Can something similar be done in Excel 2007?
