In I7, you could enter the formula: =K6
bgrearick wrote: Here's what I'm trying to do: G6 is the dollar amount paid; I6 is the previous balance; and K6 is the current balance. Currently I have =SUM(I6,-G6) in K6 to give me a running balance. Once I change the amount in G6, K6 is updated with a new balance. Is there a formula I can enter in I6 that will change the total to the number in K6 before K6 changes? Thank you. -- Debra Dalgleish Contextures http://www.contextures.com/tiptech.html |
