Default Date format available in Excel

I dont see dd/mm/yy or dd/mm/yyyy format in Excel for Date.

I know I can create custom format but than whenever I open file on some
other machine it appears in mm/dd/yy format, I have to create custom format
on machine where I open document. So what is solution for this.
