On the 2007 sheet you have two options, either start out by simply typing in
the value from Dec 31, 2006 and then continuing on from there much as you
have already done for 2006. OR go to the place on the 2007 sheet where you
want that value from Dec 31, 2006 to be placed and type in a formula similar
to this (sheet name and actual cell will vary based on your sheet name/layout)

='2006 Sheet'!A370

Where 2006 Sheet is the name of the sheet with your 2006 data. I put A370
there vs A365 since you appear to have some headers and such that would put
the Dec 31 entry further down the sheet than row 365.

There is little immediate advantage to doing it one way or the other EXCEPT
that if you do it the second way, if for some reason you ever have to go back
to the 2006 sheet and change any entries, then the updated value would show
up at the beginning of the 2007 sheet, keeping things current and up to date.
