Default HELP! My Spreadsheet just disappeared - what did I touch???

Hey all,
Brand new here, hope you can help.
I'm pretty proficient in MS Excel, I've scored very high on placement tests,
so I know my way around pretty well...

BUT Tonight, after spending 4 hours updating a work book for a client, I
clicked something and my work book disappeared. The file opens up, without a
workbook or any of the sheets in it.

What did I do???

ARGHHH! This is due tomorrow afternoon and I REALLY don't want to have to
redo it all.

Suggestions??

If you can use File|Print preview and see some stuff, then maybe...

Window|arrange|Tiled
and resize it to fit the screen.
