Default How do I send multiple workbook folders with formula links intact.

Within excel we have created a number of folders that are all located within
1 Master folder. Within each of the folders are a number of excel workbooks.
Each of the excel workbooks (over 200 in total) are linked via formula's to
each other and to the master. When using on my desktop all links work,
however when I remove the entire file from my desktop and save to another
computer all of the links fall out, and cannot find the pathway any more.
How can I save the entire file to either a disc/ USB or even email, and keep
all of the formula links in place between each of the workbooks housed within
the different folders?
