Default need help in SOLVER !!

how do i set a criteria for this example??

if i would want my citeria to be :

1 teacher for every 8 students and 1 in-charge for every 3 teachers.

*this is just a simple example.*

Nel,

You'll need to provide further details on the scope of what you are looking
to do. Solver is used more for regression and different scenario type of
equations, what you are looking to do appears to be straight division and can
be accomplished with formula's &/or code.
