Default How to Move from bottom of one column to top of next

When typing a long column of numbers and then returning to the top of the
next column how to return without scrolling up to the top of the next column.
There's an automatic way. What is it?

Hi Bonnie,

CTRL+Up Arrow gets you to the top of a column.
