Default Searching Multiple Excel Workbooks

I was wondering if there are any add-ins or simple programs that would make
it easier to search for information in Excel workbooks? I use a nultiple
workbook system that has thousands of rows of information that I need to make
more user-friendly for others to search for the information within them.
Ideally the information would be pulled up within a worksheet formatted
similar to what we use. Any suggestions?
