Correct. Try entering a date prior to today. You will notice that the

Galmini,
were almost there, I have the dates in column A row 1 I also have other stuff in columns 2 thru 10. The date in column 1 delets but everything to the right stays there. Is there a way I can send you a example of what i'm talking about?

I've corrected the code and put it at

I had it working until I lost the formula you gave me.
