print areas on one page to print?
I have a 3 page worksheet and there are a few cells/rows throughout the
worksheet that only need to be printed. I have been able to figure out how to set print areas but when it prints it prints on 3 pages, since the original worksheet is on 3 pages. How can I put only the certain print area on one page when printing? |

Add a new sheet -- it'll be the one that's printed.
Select the first set of cells to print edit|Copy select A1 of Sheet2 (the new sheet) Shift-edit|Paste picture link Then off to the second set of cells edit|copy select the cell under the picture of the first table. shift-edit|Paste picture link And once more for the next set of cells.... By pasting the pictures as links, any updates you make to the table will show up in the picture.
