Hi,
I'd very much appreciate any help anyone could offer.... I'm in the process of creating a worksheet with the goal of being able to filter and sort several hundred of photographs based on their various attributes (ie: size, vertical, horizontal, black & white, color, etc.). For example, I'd like to be able to look at only the 4x6 photos, or only the black and white photos, etc. The problem is, when I apply the autofilter, the photos from the rows which should not be displayed get all stacked on top of one another at the bottom of the document. For example, if I use auto filter to view all of the black and white photos, the color photos appear in a "pile" at the bottom of the document. Here's how the worksheet is layed out - each entry is in it's own cell: photo 4x6 horizontal black and white photo 3x5 horizontal black and white photo 4x6 vertical color photo 4x6 horizontal black and white Any ideas? I'm running Windows XP Pro, Excel 2000. Thanks so much, Julie |
