What would be the quickest and easiest to create a pricing database?
New to computers so the less complicated the better

Default pricing

Yes that would be easy ... but what I kneed is, an idea on how to create a
system to add to, because my business provides various products and services.
My products have a set price but then my services vary depending on the
customers request.
I need to be able to ad my existing customers prices for my records, and
also to use as examples for future customers.
