Solver bug - Won't return Integer
Does anyone know if there is a bug in the English Version of Excel
2002. no matter what I do, I can't get calculation to an integer using solver. I've got the constraints set for it, but it just won't do it. |

Thanx Bernard But that doesn't answer the question. And Solver.com doesn't either. |

Solver bug - Won't return Integer
Ron
The cells that are required to be an Integer are set with the =int constraint. Instead of getting an integer, I get answers like 5.0237 etc Microsoft have an article (and fix) in their knowledge base on this issue with the German & Polish versions, but I can't find info ANYWHERE on the English version having this problem. |
