You can't do it with one click, but you don't have to use very many.
Select the all, right click, then select Delete Row -- Regards, Fred "dreamingkid" wrote in message ups.com... thanks |

customise your toolbar to include the remove rows button
now whenver you drag down (select) the rows you want deleting, just hit the button -- Vass |
