Default suddenly see all the formulas?

Working away on my spreadsheet and I am not sure what I did but all of a
sudden I have all the formulas and links appearing in the cells rather than
the values. Can't work out what I have done to undo it! can anyone help?

Click Tools on the menubar, then Options. On the View tab, remove the
checkmark by Formulas. James

Could be you accidentally toggled to formula view. To toggle back to normal
view, press Ctrl and the upper left-hand key on the keyboard (accent
mark--next to the "1" key).
