Default Copying html data

When I copy HTML data and use the paste options I get a choice of three
options. HTML, Unicode Text, Text. If I use the HTML option everyting goes in
the correct but I can not use the cell content in a formula. Both of the
other two options puts all data in the A column. A-1 copies to A-1, B-1 to
A-2, C-1 to A-3 etc. Data in these cells can be used in formulas. How can I
copy have all data where it belongs and use the data in a formula???

Default Copying html data

Try pasting it into Notepad, first. Does the data come out in a delimited
fashion (i.e., equal spacing)? If not, is it separated by a character of some
sort, e.g., a comma?

If you can get it 'clean' from within Notepad, then Paste it into Excel. You
can probably then 'Parse' the data with Text to Columns using the delimiter
(above). When you use the delimiter filter to Parse, you can preview the data
before it makes the change.
