Default Help with VBA, Combo Box and Filter

I have created a spreadsheet that has grouping. Below is a sample layout:


PRODUCT CATEGORY SUBCATEGORY TOTAL
ABC 1,000,000
NORTH AMERICA 500,000
USD 400,000
CDN 100,000
EUROPE 400,000
USD 300,000
GBP 50,000
EURO 40,000
ASIA 300,000
USD 100,000

DEF 2,000,000
NORTH AMERICA 500,000
USD 400,000
CDN 100,000
EUROPE 400,000
USD 300,000
GBP 50,000
EURO 40,000
ASIA 300,000
USD 100,000


I would like to know how to create a vba code to populate the combo box
based on the category listing. Also, if a user selects an entry from the
combo box, the report will filter the report.
