Default Pivot Table Report - HELP!

Does anyone know who to make a field label repeat when I copy from a Pivot
Table Report. For Example:

Pivot Table Report
-----------------------------------------------------
Department Account # Amount
4321834 238 $68.50
250 $18.50
260 $22.50
4321855 355 $68.50
250 $18.50
260 $22.50

New Summary List from Pivot Table Report is what I need to get
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
4321834 238 $68.50
4321834 250 $18.50
4321834 260 $22.50
4321855 355 $68.50
4321855 250 $18.50
4321855 260 $22.50
