Default copying formula

When i copy a formula from old.xls to new.xls
then it shows the old values

=((('[Old.xls]Eng-clusters'!$N$13+'[Oud.xls]Eng-clusters'!$N$53)/4)+('[Old.xls]Eng-clusters'!$N$40+'[Old.xls]Eng-clusters'!$N$101))*[Old.xls]Algemeen!$E$55

How can i change this that the new file name is used
