Don't use sumif, go ahead and use

=Sumproduct (--(range=condition),--(range=condition),range)

The last range is to add how much money

Hi Rolf

Create a Pivot Table.
First create a Dynamic Range
InsertNameDefineName MyRange Refers to
=($A$A1,0,0,COUNTA($A:$A),3)

Place cursor on row 1.
DataPivot TableNextRange =Myrange Finish
Drag Name to Column Area
Drag $ to Data Area
Drag Date to Row Area
Click on Date field and from the PT toolbar select Group and Shoe
DetailGroupMonth
