Default Automatic Cell Protection by Colour?

Could anyone tell me if it is possible to lock a number of cells in a number
of different sheets within a workbook, by specifying the colour of the cells
(already formatted/coloured) i.e. lock all red cells whilst leaving green
cells unlocked for data entry?
