There are a couple ways to do this.

You can highlight the range you want to copy, select copy, go to new
workbook and select paste.

You can click on the the little box located about row 1 and to the left of
column A. This highlights the entire worksheet and you can then copy and
paste in new workbook.

You can right click on the tab at the bottom of the worksheet and select
Move or Copy. It will open up a dialog box that will allow you to move or
copy the worksheet into a new workbook or the existing workbook. If you are
going to copy this sheet into an existing workbook, make sure you have that
workbook open as well. It should then be present in the dropdown box for the
location you want to place it.
