Selecting All Rows with Certain Data
Try something like this:
Select the range of cells Press the [F5] key....that's the shortcut for <edit<goto Click the [Special] button Check: Blanks Click the [OK] button (now all of the blank cells are selected) From the Excel main menu: <edit<delete<entire row...click [OK] That's all. Is that something you can work with? *********** Regards, Ron XL2002, WinXP "DCrabill" wrote: Hello, I am attempting to select all of the rows within a spreadsheet in which a particular cell within that row is blank (contains no information). I want to remove these rows from my spreadsheet, but it is over 2000 rows long and I do not want to select them individually. Please advise. Thanks very much! |
