Default Rob Bovey's Excel Utilities

From www.appspro.com, I've saved ExcelUtilities.exe (Excel Utilities
2.07) to C:\PROGRAM FILES.

I then successfully installed Excel Utilities.

When I open an Excel workbook, click on Tools/Add-Ins, check the box
for "Excel Utilities 2.0) and click OK, a box labelled "Excel
Utilities" is displayed saying "Invalid procedure call or argument
(ctlAddNewControl())"

How do I resolve this problem?
