Default Shortcut to go a certain cell

Is there a way to make a shortcut to a go to a certain cell. lets say I want
to jump to cell D45 and I'm currently on cell A4, is there a way to jump
there with a shortcut, like if in cell D45 sais Freezer, and I type "F", it
should jump to that cell?

If you already know the cell reference (or approximate cell reference), you
can also type the cell reference in the name box (upper left, next to the
formula bar). If the cell reference varies and you are searching for
"Freezer", try Cntrl+F (or click Edit/Find) to search for it.
