Nope. Edit Find and Replace wont work! Here's the formulae in the cell
=counta(H:\Work\[Cases_Older_Than_One_Year.xls]110107!$A:$A)-1
Before the = is ' If i hit F2 Home then Delete then Enter.

Any thoughts please?
