Simple Word Question
Hi guys,
Does anyone know how to copy formatting from one place in a document to another without copying the words themselves. For example, If I want to copy the font, color and size of one paragraph onto another. -- Lisa De La Cruz, CITRMS Group Security Officer The Lionheart Group www.thelionheartgroup.com |

Simple Word Question
Select the text with the source formatting. Click on the Format Painter
toolbar button. Click and drag over the area where the formatting is to be applied. If you want to apply the formats to more than one part of your document, double-click the button. When you are finished, click the button again, or press Esc. This is an Excel newsgroup. The next time you have a question about Word, I suggest you post it to a Word newsgroup, e.g. Word, General Questions (microsoft.public.word.docmanagement). You can choose it from the menu on the left in Microsoft's Web-based newsreader. -- Kristoffer Andreas Berg Programmer on a hobby basis http://home.online.no/~gunnarab "Lisa" wrote: Hi guys, Does anyone know how to copy formatting from one place in a document to another without copying the words themselves.
