Is there a way to protect a cell so if there is a validation rule, where only
a value from a list can be entered, you are unable to paste invalid data into this cell. I have tried protectin the workshhet, workbook etc, but it still allows me to copy external data and paste into the column with the validation rule regardless of whether or not it falls in the validation list. Many thanks for your help in advance. |
