Hi Jim
Try entering in B1 =MID($A1,COLUMN(A1),1) and copy across as required You will also get the decimal point appearing in a cell of its own. -- Regards Roger Govier "JimR" wrote in message ... I want to parce a number like "123.45" so that the 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 are in separate cells. |

If you don't want the decimal point, use
=MID($A1*100,COLUMN(A1),1) Regards, Stefi €žRoger Govier€ť ezt Ă*rta: Hi Jim Try entering in B1 =MID($A1,COLUMN(A1),1) and copy across as required You will also get the decimal point appearing in a cell of its own. -- Regards Roger Govier "JimR" wrote in message ...
