Hi!
The limit is 1024 chars. That's a long formula! There's no way to get more than that but what you should do is try to reduce the length of the formula. One common issue that leads to this is the use of long paths and sheet names as references. If that's not an issue then perhaps you can split your one long formula into several smaller intermediate formulas.
