Default copy a page with hidden rows and only paste what is showing

I am trying to find out how to copy an excel spreadsheet with hidden rows and
paste onto another sheet only what is showing so I do not have to continually
deal with the hidden rows.

have a look in the vba help for SPECIALCELLS, especial XLVISIBLE

Select the range then F5SpecialVisible cells onlyOK

Copy then paste.
