I need to do a print screen of an Excel spreadsheet showing the header and
footer.

You don't. By it's very difinition Print Screen is what you see is what you
get. If it is not on the screen then it will not be printed... Header and
footer info is printed any time you print the spreadsheet via the built in
print functionallity supplied by XL.

Default how do i do a printscreen in Excel showing header/footer

Not sure if it's what you want but you could do a preview to see how it would
look like if printed, then print screen. That would include the
headers/footers.
