You don't. By it's very difinition Print Screen is what you see is what you
get. If it is not on the screen then it will not be printed... Header and footer info is printed any time you print the spreadsheet via the built in print functionallity supplied by XL. -- HTH... Not sure if it's what you want but you could do a preview to see how it would
