Default Unable to Send to Mail Recipient (as attachment) from Excel 2000

Not everyone in our company has this problem. It's random.
They are unable to Send to Mail Recipient (as attachment) from within Excel.
Either by selecting the button or FileSend ToMail Recipient... All get
the same error "General Mail Failure. Close Excel, Restart the mail system
and try again."

We are using Office 2000 with Outlook 2003. Personnel email files are NOT
full. I have checked/tried fixes from KB articles Q135303, Q169354,Q290821 &
Q214384 along with other fixes for the Win.ini file and still no luck.
I do know you can't copy areas from the workbook and past them into an email
because of different office versions so that's not a problem.
Are there other problems I'm missing?

Thanks.

Default Unable to Send to Mail Recipient (as attachment) from Excel 20

I did try that solution and still had the same problem. BUT I did get it
fixed. I installed Office 2003 SP2 and that fixed it. I'm only running one
program from O2K3 and didn't give it much thought until today. I figured I
had nothing to lose and won.

Thanks for the help.
