Default enabling xml on excel

trying to read in an xml file. Downloaded the xml add ins and tool box.
open excel and get the following:
"XML toolbox can only run on version of Excel that support XML"
I am running Excel
microsoft office excell 2003 (11.5612.6412)

So what do I need to do to enable XML support
(I believe I saw the toolbox reference to 2003 as well as 2003 prof)

Thx

For full xml support you need Office *Professional* Edition 2003.
