Default Copy Row of One Workbook to Next Available Row of a Second Workbook

Ok I have two sheets, one creates a quote, the second is a report sheet
of that quote.

What I need is for the workbook "Quotinator" to copy cells in sheet
"report" a2:z2 into a the next available row in a workbook saved at
t:\quote report\quote report.xls and the sheet called "database"
