Is it possible to insert an image file into the "Screentip" that is
associated with a hyperlink? When a hyperlink is created, Excel allows you to specify what text is displayed when the mouse is positioned over the hyperlink. However, I would like to have an image (jpg, gif, tif, bmp, etc.) displayed when the mouse is positioned over the hyperlink (instead of text). I have seen this done on a variety of websites. Can this be done in excel? |

All I can think of is to also insert a comment in the cell.
Then Format CommentColors and LinesColorFill EffectsPicture. When you hover over the cell the comment with picture will be visible.
