Default Chart

Again this involves holiday data, I have made a pie chart from the
employee data. What I want is for the holiday data which is coloured
from a conditonal format to display the same colours on the chart as
the holiday data automatically without me having to change it manually.
Is there any way of setting this up?

Just to add this message is there a way of hiding the chart if no data
exists for it yet?
