Default fomula for working out profit

i am trying to work out the profit of one unit and i can not find the formula

Normally you would subtract the input costs from the selling price, so with
Cost price in A1 and Selling price in B1, then in C1 enter =B1-A1

Default fomula for working out profit

If you unit cost is in A1 and your unit selling price (before taxes) is in
B1 then your profit is:

=B1-A1
