I have created a workbook that is used by various people in the company. A
few of the sheets should be printed doublesided. It seems that this printer setting is only saved for use on my computer. For example, it one of my collegues prints the sheet it will be single sided even though I had saved the page setup to print doublesided. Is there any way to fix this so the setting is saved regardless of the user? We have two networked printers. Thanks! -- Michelle |

There is no place in Excel's page setup dialog to indicate 2 sided printing.
When you go into Options in print setup you're actually going into a dialog that is specific to your printer and its capabilities. With a different active printer you'd see different options. You can change your printer to another to see this. If a setting is printer specific it is not saved with the Excel file. -- Jim "Michelle" wrote in message ... |I have created a workbook that is used by various people in the company.
