I know this is gonna sound like a silly question............but how do I edit
a list range after I have created it? I was testing the lists and instead of
adding all 11 schools I added 4 then tested. Now I want to go back and add
the other 7 - but it keeps defaulting back to the original list of 4. THis
has got to be so easy I have overlooked it!

Sounds like when you created your list, you only included the first 4 rows
you may need to update the list to include the other added rows

Select the cells that contain the validation list
Choose DataValidation
On the Settings tab, click in the Source box, and change the row number
so it includes all the schools.
Click OK
