Default how to read the titles in excel without returning pg up

When the page gets down I have to go pg up to read the headings then go back
to pg dn.Again
I know there is a way to to so but I forgot how.
Can someone help me remember how to proceed

Default how to read the titles in excel without returning pg up

Select the row just below the area of the sheet you want to see all the time
and select Window/Freeze Panes.
