Not sure what you're asking. If you hide columns the cells, and therefore
the formulas, are hidden from view. One thing doesn't really have anything to do with the other. You can group columns whether formulas are hidden or not. And you can hide the formula bar whether columns are grouped or not. Dave -- Brevity is the soul of wit.
