Try selecting the entire range, then un-merging the cells, however this will
un-merge all cells within the range. How do I view the formatting of a cell
I am unable to click the merge button twice as it is not available it is
shaded with a check mark in the box. I have gone to other cells within the worksheet and it appears that all of the cells have the merge box check with it shaded so it is not availabe to click. This worksheet is linked to two different workbooks with various worksheets in them. Could this have something to do with the merge problem I am having "Gord Dibben" wrote: Click the merge button twice.
