Default MERGING DATA FROM TWO DOC INTO ONE DOC

I am composing a operations manual. There is lots of duplicated information
on each page and or pages. How can I set up several templates so that I can
merge data together from other sheets into one.

More information would help to see what you are trying to accomplish. You
might want to check the Master Document feature of MS Word.
